Spreading these towers can also greatly help limiting the amount of Souls spawned from the Void Reaver.

Towers like the Commander or Minigunner can be used instead.

Do note that some towers that could've been useful for this, like the Farm or Military Base, cannot be attacked by the Void Reaver.

You can place down a few Level 0 towers near the track, so that when the Void Reaver uses its Void Slam, it has a chance to target that tower instead of your attacking towers.

Turrets and Golden Minigunner can help with Souls if placed at back, as they will not be hit by the Void Reaver's Void Slam.

However, if the Accelerators are locked onto the Void Reaver, they cannot target the Souls spawned by them.

The Turret, Golden Minigunner and Accelerator are recommended towers against the Void Reaver due to their high DPS and ability to target the Souls that the Void Reaver can spawn.

The Toxic Gunner cannot slow this down because of its poison immunity.

Due to its large size, the Electroshocker cannot slow down the Void Reaver.

It is recommended to chain the Commander's Call to Arms ability to ensure that your towers are always shooting as fast as possible.

Despite being able to block the stun, the Gladiator will still have a Soul spawned from it when attacked with Void Slam.

The Gladiator can block one of the Void Reaver's attacks every 7 seconds.

Do note that Sentries do not have hidden detection, and the Engineer has low DPS by its own, meaning you have to rely on other towers for the Souls that the Void Reaver spawns.

This makes Sentries practically invulnerable to damage from abilities. The Medic is recommended, as it can cleanse the stun from the Engineer, bringing back the shield.

This shield is only active when the Engineer is not stunned.

The Engineer can be very useful due to its Sentries having high DPS, while also being immune to damage from stuns while their shield is active.

Because of this you will need to save up some money to relocate your towers. However, because of how income works in Hardcore mode, you will not earn any cash from damaging Void Reaver until you kill it, generating no money, with the exception of the summoned enemies.

This means you may need to sell and replace your towers in the back. The Void Reaver has an extremely high health and becomes significantly faster during its Void Deathwish ability.The Medic is also unable to be stunned by the Void Reaver.The Medic's ability can cleanse towers of the Void Reaver's stun.As an added bonus, no Soul can spawn from the tower, even if it is hit by the Void Slam.Air-based towers cannot be stunned by the Void Reaver.Be aware that the Ranger does not have hidden detection, so it cannot deal with the Souls that spawn from the Void Reaver.The Ranger is immune to stuns, making it immune to Void Reaver's abilities. The Ranger is recommended to deal with the Void Reaver.When Void's Deathwish is activated, it will put its hand slightly forward and significantly speed it up. Pink particles are now emitted from its hands and legs. During Void Rage, its horns, eyes and right arm glow purple. After this, the Void Reaver cannot use its Void Slam ability. When Void Rage is activated, it throws its sword at the exit, decreasing your base health. It has a mask which resembles an African Tribal Mask and has six eyes. It also wears purple and grey gloves, and dark purple boots. In the middle of the chestplate is a purple gem.

It wears granite armor, and its chestplate is purple and grey. Its has purple horns on its head and arms. It has black reflective skin, but its right arm is purple. The Void Reaver wields a black broadsword, with a bright purple glowing crystal. It is one of the toughest enemies in the game. The Void Reaver has many abilities that can stun towers, decrease your base health, destroy units or increase its speed. It moves at an extremely slow speed, but it has an extremely high amount of health, higher than all other enemies in the game except the Nuclear Monster. The Void Reaver is the final boss in Hardcore Mode.
